Track & Trace

Instantly know who has which bottle in their possession, or where that coolant bottle is located.

You can assign bottles to users or fill in where they can be found. When a bottle is missing or other problems arise, it becomes very useful to be able to determine where it was last. You can achieve this under each bottle via the Track & trace tab.

For each bottle

The Track & trace tab shows a chronological overview, with the most recent action at the top. This overview consists of:

  • Time:when was an action performed
  • Action:what exactly happened to the bottle
  • By:who performed the action

The action always revolves aroundwhere the bottle is. With the technician or at a specific location.

 

 

 

As an administrator, you will receive an overview of these movements via the daily/weekly summary.

Checking out and checking in

There are different approaches to distributing bottles. Some companies give this responsibility solely to a warehouse worker. In others, a technician can pick up a bottle from the storage location himself. In the latter case, you can allow technicians to check out bottles themselves and check them in again afterwards via Settings > Configuration > Coolants.

 

Check out

A technician can check out a bottle that is on a location or assigned to someone else. The bottle will then be assigned to him. To do this, click on the 3 dots (options) next to the bottle.

 

Check in

A technician can check in a bottle that he has in his possession. Optionally, he can also provide a location where the bottle is placed. To do this, click on the 3 dots (options) next to the bottle.
