Manage reports

With the Reports function you can easily export an overview of your existing refrigerants, installations and orders. Each main category contains subcategories, so you can generate detailed reports and track everything within a desired period. All reports are downloaded in PDF or Excel format.

Below you will find the subcategories per main category from which you can pull reports.

Refrigerants

• Refrigerant stock: The amount of refrigerants in stock in a diagram.
• Transactions: all transactions relating to refrigerant within a certain period
• F-gas balance: Your leakage loss and your stock for a certain year
• Refrigerant stock history: your refrigerant stock from the beginning up to and including a certain date

Installations

• Overview per customer: Overview of all installations and circuits per customer
• Relative leakage loss: the relative leakage loss that occurs in installations. The color codes indicate a successful leak test with 0% leakage (green), a leakage of 5% or less (yellow) or a leakage of more than 5% (red).
• Verification of leakage calculations: shows the leakage calculations that differ from the calculation by the system
• Incomplete installations: Missing information per installation for legal purposes

Orders

• Overview per period or customer
• Number per period
• Number per technician
• Performed leak tests
• Maintenance and inspection certificates: The maintenance and inspection certificates that must be forwarded to VEKA (Flanders) or EPB-Desk (Brussels). Only applicable for heating systems
