Labels
Using labels makes it possible to label/tag/mark installations, customers or orders. This can be because of a status, characteristic or other matters that require attention.
By assigning a label to a customer, location, installation or order, you can more easily filter them from the full overview.
Add and manage
As an administrator, you can add labels via Settings > Configuration.
Creating labels is entirely at your own discretion, in order to obtain a better overview of, for example, the brands of the installations being worked with or the type of installation.
Creating labels in Climapulse is possible at 4 levels:
- Customers
- Location
- Installations
- Orders
You will also find them in the corresponding sections on the configuration page.
When adding a label, you first enter a unique name. You can also optionally set a description and color, determine the visibility, indicate who can assign or remove the label and choose whether it should be displayed on the work order.
Important
To display labels on work orders, you must first activate this functionality. You can find it at the very bottom of the account configuration, under the subheading Documents.
Visibility
Depending on the rights set for a label, it is possible that not every user in Climapulse can assign and/or remove it. This can be useful, for example, to assign a label to an assignment that you want to check later. The technician does not necessarily have to see this.
Roles that do not see a specific label cannot add or remove it from the item.
Assigning or removing a label
You can assign a label when creating a customer, location, installation or order. But you can also add or remove a label later by editing the customer, location, installation or order. To do this, click on the ✏️ icon and indicate which label(s) you want to apply. Then save the changes. The adjustments will then be immediately visible in the overview.
