Easily track who has what equipment and instantly enable your technicians to work faster by connecting leak detection equipment and other tools

Using inventory in Climapulse offers several advantages for companies that want to efficiently manage their equipment and materials.

Add inventory

1. Add Items

  • Click on the New Item option in the inventory menu.

  • Fill in the details such as the TypeNameSerial NumberNotes, and any Category.

  • Mark Active/Passive:Mark items as active when they are in use and passive when they are no longer operational.

  • Purchase Details: Fill in your purchase details, including Invoice Reference en Date of purchase
    for accounting purposes.

2. Overview by Technician

  • Equipment Assignment: Assign specific equipment to technicians so you know exactly who is using what and who is responsible for each item.

  • Updates and Changes: Keep track of when equipment has been serviced or replaced, and adjust inventory accordingly

3. Materials and Work Orders

  • Register Materials: Use inventory to add materials to work orders, including quantities used and costs.

  • Automatic Reporting: Generate reports that provide insight into material usage and technicians who use certain items more often.

1. Equipment Overview by Technician: Easily keep track of what equipment each technician has at their disposal. This prevents confusion and ensures that everyone always has the right tools at hand.


2. List Materials on Work Orders: Easily add used materials to work orders. This makes it easier to track costs and analyze which materials are used the most.

Listings such as cables, valves, and meters can be automatically added to work orders for a detailed view of the resources used.


3: Increase Technician Efficiency: Minimize the time technicians spend on administrative tasks, such as filling out leak test and pressure measurement forms. The inventory allows these tasks to be performed faster and more accurately by using predefined procedures and associated items.


Associate to Categories: Associate each item in the inventory with a specific category for an organized view. This makes it easier to find and manage devices within specific groups such as measuring instruments, leak detectors, and safety equipment.
