To use Climapulse Service, you need a username and password. You can set these up once you have received an invitation via email.
Follow the instructions in this message to sign up. In short:
- Go to https://service.climapulse.com
(You can also visit our website and click Sign up at the top right) - Read the terms of use
- Enter your username and password
- Get started!
If your invitation has expired, ask an administrator to send you a new invitation. Climapulse cannot send you a new link.

If you are not 100% sure that you have entered your password correctly, click on the eye next to the field. This will show you what you are typing.
Did you forget your password or username? No problem, because at the bottom of the registration form you will find links to reset or retrieve them respectively.
Contact one of the administrators of your account if you are still unable to log in. They have the option to assign you a new username and password. Also make sure that your browser allows cookies for service.climapulse.com.
