Forgot your username?

You can easily retrieve your username by surfing to https://service.climapulse.com and clicking on Forgot your username? at the bottom of the screen 

Then enter the email address linked to your account and click on Request . You will then receive an email in your inbox shortly with your username.

If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it.

1. Surf to https://service.climapulse.com
2. Click on the link Forgot your password? under the Sign in button.
3. Enter your username and email address.
   Make sure you enter the email address that was linked to the username. Entering an unknown email address will not work.

After submitting the form, you will receive a message¹ from Climapulse within a few minutes with a link.

• It cannot be a common password. For example “password123”.
• It should not be too similar to your name, username, email address or “Climapulse”.
• It should not consist of only numbers.
• It should be at least 8 characters long and a maximum of 200 characters long.

Never forget your password again

Passwords are often forgotten, which means they are often reused on multiple websites and applications. This increases the risk that, if your password falls into the wrong hands, all your accounts will become accessible.

That is why we recommend using a password manager. This software keeps your passwords safe and encrypted, helps you enter and generate strong passwords and can also store other important data, such as your PIN and PUK codes or credit card details.

  (You can exchange your files via Dropbox, Google Drive or another cloud drive)

Still determined not to keep track of passwords? Then use a passphrase. For example by combining a number, color, animal type and random words.
