Certificates

Do you have any certificates? Add them to Climapulse so they're automatically linked to a certificate.

You can automatically link the correct certificate to a certificate in Climapulse.

As a user

You can add these certificates via your profile (link at the top right). You indicate whether it is a certificate for Cooling or Heating. Below is a handy step-by-step approach:

  • Sign up: Start by logging into your Climapulse account.
  • Navigate: Then go to the ‘Your profile’ section.
  • Certificates section: Under ‘certificates’ you will see the option New. Here’s what we’re going to do.
  • Reference: Fill in the required reference information. The format must be correct as stated on your certificate, otherwise it will not be recognized by the government.
  • Choose application: You will be given a choice between ‘cooling’ and ‘heating’.
  • Validity: Specify the validity period of your certificate.
  • Region specification: Clearly indicate in which region the certificate applies.
  • Upload & save: As a final step, add the certificate. This can be in pdf, jpg or png format.

With this addition to your profile you guarantee that every certificate you create immediately contains the correct certificate data. A small preparation for a big convenience!

As administrator

Go to the list of users and click on the relevant user to show the details. Then click on the Add Certificate button to add it to the technician.

Optionally, fill in the validity, the region and a print of the certificate. The certificate will only be shown if the installation is in the same region. Once the certificate has expired, it will no longer be displayed on your certificates.

Certificate Expiry Notifications

Always stay up to date on the validity of your certificates! As a Climapulse user, you can enable a notification that will inform you when your certificate is about to expire.

How do you set this up?

  1. Login: Log in to your Climapulse account.
  2. Settings: Go to your account settings.
  3. Configuration: Under ‘notifications’ you will find the ‘Expiry period of certificates’ option.
  4. Customize: By default, the expiry period is set to 9 months. You can adjust this period to your personal preference. Determine how many months in advance you want to receive a notification about the expiry of certificates from technicians and companies.

By activating this notification, you ensure that you are always informed in time and can take action before your certificate actually expires.
