Order QR tags via your service account by clicking on “QR tags” at the bottom of the dark bar. As soon as the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email and we will send the QR tags by post.
Link an installation to a QR tag
Find the installation you want to link to a QR tag and click on the three dots for more options. Then select ‘Link QR tags’.
You will see the message below. From now on, the installation is detectable so that you can link a QR tag.
Scan the QR tag with the camera app on your phone or tablet. If a loading icon appears, manually switch to the camera app to scan the tag. This does not happen automatically
Link the tag to the installation
To link the tag to the installation, follow the link shown on the screen. You will now get a list of all installations that are detectable. Choose the installation from the list on which you will stick or have stuck the tag.
Scan a linked QR tag
When you scan the tag, the installation data is displayed immediately. This way you are quickly informed and everything is within reach. In addition, your customers can use the same QR code to consult the data via the customer portal.
If you are not logged in or do not have access to the installation, you will only see the essential information. at the top of the screen you can request the service administrator to grant access.
Connecting a refrigerant bottle to a QR tag
Connecting a refrigerant bottle to a QR tag is exactly the same as connecting an installation, but applies to a refrigerant bottle:
- Stick a QR sticker on the refrigerant bottle
- find the refrigerant bottle in Climapulse that you want to connect
- Make the QR code discoverable
- Scan the QR code
Follow the steps described above and you will definitely succeed.
Once paired, scanning the QR tag on the bottle will give you instant access to all relevant information about the bottle. You will see details such as content type, quantity and status, as well as possible actions.
This new functionality provides a streamlined experience in managing coolant bottles. With a quick scan, you have all the necessary information at hand, making the workflow more efficient.

Yes, but only your team, and possibly your customer, can consult all the installation data. You must log in before you can access the details of an installation.
Can I tag an installation multiple times?
Yes, it is possible to link multiple tags to an installation. For example, think of outdoor and indoor units. Scanning these tags will always lead to the correct installation within Climapulse. So you don't have to dive into the machine room to consult data. They measure 4x4 cm
Where should I stick the tag?
In a clearly visible and easily accessible place. For example, near the instruction card. Do you want to easily know to which installation a certain indoor or outdoor unit belongs? Then you also stick a tag on the unit.
Can those QR tags take a beating?
Yes, Climapulse QR tags are equipped with a UV radiation resistant coating and are rainproof. They are guaranteed to last at least 5 years and that even under the most adverse weather conditions.
