The Climapulse Mobile App is free to download and specially developed for HVAC installers and technicians who also want to be able to work on the go. Manage your working day effortlessly from your smartphone or tablet: plan and view all your appointments, perform measurements, navigate directly to your destination and keep your work orders up to date. This way you work faster, more structured and always organized.

Settings
In the Settings tab you can specify which measuring devices you have and choose your preferred navigation (Apple Maps or Google Maps).
Supported devices:
- For combustion
- Eurolyzer – via QR code
- Testo 300 – via Bluetooth
- For F-gases:
- Fieldpiece – via Bluetooth
Calendar
This component is only available if your Climapulse Service account contains the planning module (accounts from five users). If you don’t have this module, go directly to the Work Orders tab.
In the Agenda tab, you will find all the scheduled appointments you are assigned to. They are displayed by date. When you open an appointment, you can:
- Create a new work order
- Mark the appointment as ‘completed’
Start a new assignment
- Enter the reference, start and end time, travel time and distance,
- Select the materials used and add notes if desired,
- Tap ‘I’m done’ at the top right and choose the status:
– Work has not been completed
– Work has been completed
– Work has been completed, but follow-up is required - The appointment automatically disappears from your list of outstanding work.
Work Orders
In the Work Orders tab, you will see two overviews: Still to be completed and Completed. Switch between these views using the buttons at the top.
Plan ahead
You can prepare all your work orders in advance for a specific day, just like in the planning module. This way you know exactly which installations you have to handle in a day and you keep an overview.
If you only have the role of manager, you cannot create new work orders. As a manager, you will therefore also have to have the role of technician in order to be able to create work orders in advance
Measurements
The available measurement tabs at the top depend on your Climapulse Service account. If you only have heating, you will only see the tab ‘Combustion’. If you only have cooling, only ‘F-gases’ will appear. If you have both, both tabs will appear.
Combustion
Eurolyzer (QR code)
- Tap on New measurement to start a new measurement,
- Select QR code in the menu on your Eurolyzer,
- The camera opens in the app; point it at the QR code of the device,
- Indicate whether it is an initial, intermediate or final measurement
- Fill in any missing data and tap Save,
- You can find and adjust the measurement later via Measurements.
Testo 300 (Bluetooth)
- Tap New measurement,
- Select Testo300 – Bluetooth,
- Scan the data according to the instructions.
Please note: the language of the Testo app must be set to Dutch, French or English.
F-gases
- Tap new measurement: the app automatically starts searching for available Fieldpiece devices nearby
- Once your device is connected, you can take a snapshot of the current measurement values at any time,
- Give your measurement a recognisable name and save it.
Please note: to complete the measurement and go to the next step, always press Continue.
Link measurements
After saving, new measurements are still separate. To link them to a burner or installation:
- Select the desired measurement(s).
- Tap Link at the bottom
- Find the installation you want to link it to and press link
- You will now see at the top that the measurements are linked.
If there were appointments in your calendar, you will find the corresponding installations, otherwise you will have to manually search for the correct installation. Select the installation, link the measurement and save.
