Label printer - Rebo Systems

Climapulse has a partnership with Rebo Systems for professional license plate and label printers. Rebo offers models suitable for both technicians on the road and office work.

Which printers does Rebo offer?

  • SMS-330: The portable license plate printer, ideal for technicians on the road.
  • SMS-430 / SMS-Tag-ID2: The desktop printers for the office: high volumes of license plates and labels.
  • SMS-R1: The color label printer for multi-color license plates (e.g., including a logo) and other color labels.

Preparing the SMS-330

Before printing with the SMS-330, download and install the WePrint app on your smartphone or tablet. It's available in the App Store and Play Store. There's also a macOS version.

Once you've downloaded the app, do the following:

  1. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone or tablet.
  2. Press and hold the power button on the SMS-330 for about 2 seconds to turn on the printer.
  3. Open the WePrint app and tap Connect.

  4. Allow the app to search for nearby Bluetooth devices.

  5. Select the SMS-330 from the list. A notification will appear in the top right corner of the app once the printer is connected.

Default Settings (One-Time Setup)

  1. Open WePrint and go to Settings in the bottom right corner. Select Advanced Settings, then go to Editing Settings and then to Default Property Settings.

  2. Adjust the following values:
    • Label width: 126 mm
    • Label height: 84 mm
    • Orientation: 270°
    • Paper type: Label
    • Bottom - Color mode: B/W (black and white)

Check these settings before your first print; incorrect values ​​often result in incorrect prints.


Printing a license plate from Climapulse

Generate the license plate directly from Climapulse. Not sure how this works? Consult this article for a clear explanation.

iOS

  1. After generating, tap the share icon at the bottom.
  2. Select Open in WePrint. "File received" will appear in WePrint.
  3. Select Print PDF, select the PDF you just imported, and press Confirm.
  4. Check that the dimensions 126 × 84 mm are correct and adjust the Print Darkness if necessary.
  5. Press Print.

Android

  1. After generating, the PDF will be downloaded; press Open File.
  2. Select Open in WePrint. "File received" will appear in WePrint.
  3. Select Print PDF, select the PDF you just imported, and press Confirm.
  4. Check that the dimensions 126 × 84 mm are correct and adjust the Print Darkness if necessary.
  5. Press Print

Don't peel the label off too early; the mechanism needs a second to position the cutting line correctly.
