Want to view all your Climapulse appointments in your personal calendar? Whether you use Google, Apple, Outlook or Microsoft, it all works! All your appointments in one place!

Do you have the planning module? 

Agenda items that are assigned to you will be visible in your own calendar.

Do you not have a planning module? 

The following agenda items that are assigned to you will be visible in your own calendar. Both work orders “to be carried out” and tasks will be visible. The advantage of a “to be executed” work order is that you can set it up over multiple days and with a time schedule. A regular task will become an agenda item of a whole day.

Link your agenda

This is how you make the connection yourself in a few easy steps via your Climapulse service account on your computer or laptop.

  1. Go to your profile in Climapulse
  2. Scroll down to the “Extra” block
  3. Copy the link there

 

Apple Calendar

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Go to Calendar, then Calendar Accounts.
  3. Tap New Account and choose Other.
  4. Select Add Calendar Subscription.
  5. Paste the Climapulse link into the field provided.
  6. Tap Click Next and then Done – Your calendar has now been added!

Google Calendar

  1. Open Google Calendar on your Computer.
  2. Tap the gear icon at the top right for Settings.
  3. On the left side, you’ll find the menu. Press Add calendar.
  4. Tap the option Via URL
  5. Paste the Climapulse calendar URL and tap Add calendar
  6. Open your Google calendar on your smartphone
  7. Press the three lines at the top right and check the calendar you just added to see your appointments.

Are you using Samsung calendar? No problem.

  1. Open thesamsung Agenda app
  2. Press the three lines at the top right.
  3. At the very bottom, press synchronize google agenda.
  4. The Climapulse agenda will now appear, which you can also check.

Depending on the size of the agenda and the amount of data it contains, it may take a while for all planned customer interventions to appear. Now all Climapulse appointments are also in your phone’s calendar, so you’ll be less likely to lose track of your appointments in the future!

Why isn’t my calendar showing up?

Are you experiencing the problem that your Climapulse calendar isn’t showing up?

  1. Check your sync settings: If your calendar still isn’t syncing, click on the following link and make sure your Climapulse calendar is checked: Google Calendar Sync Settings.
