Manage Buildings

Each location in Climapulse Service is equipped with a building as standard. This way we ensure that the most common case does not require any additional work from you.

Purpose of buildings

Buildings have two purposes:

  1. To provide structure to complex sites.
  2. To be able to correctly determine the criteria for energy inspections, where necessary.

If you do not perform energy inspections and your workplaces are usually limited to a single building, then there is no reason to use buildings unless you prefer to do so.

If you do perform energy inspections, then buildings form the legal framework for what can be considered as 1 system of comfort installations. The capacities of the comfort installations are therefore compiled in order to determine whether and when an energy inspection is required.

Management

You can add a new building via a customer’s locations. When adding a building, you must give it a name and can include additional information in the notes.

 

Use the forecast options to determine when the last energy inspection was (if not registered in Climapulse Service) and whether you are responsible for these inspections for this building. If this is not the case, disable the forecast.

You can configure the system to disable these forecasts by default for new buildings.

Assigning installations to a building

To assign an installation to a building, proceed as follows:

  1. Add the building if it has not yet been registered
  2. Change the installation
  3. Select the desired building in the Building field
  4. Press Save
