Feedback
We’re the first to admit it, because we work with all kinds of software ourselves on a daily basis: perfect software does not exist. If you have difficulty retrieving certain data in the right form or something else is getting on your nerves, let us know. We evaluate all suggestions we receive and, if it fits within our philosophy, we put it on our roadmap for future development.
Questions
This help center should be able to answer most questions, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be supplemented and improved. Or maybe you just have a very specific question. You know what to do: send them to us.
Problems
If you experience problems using the software, this help center should also save you. But there are so many different devices and situations that you may have come across a unique problem. To get started right away, it’s best to include the following information in your message:
- What you were trying to do.
E.g. adding a new building at a specific address. - Include as much relevant information as possible.
E.g. the name of the customer and the address or reference of the installation.

Our team will be automatically notified if you encounter an error in the program. It is possible that the problem will be solved before you send your email, but don’t let that stop you from letting us know. Problems need to be solved.
