Didn’t receive an email?
Nothing is as annoying as waiting unnecessarily for a message. Are you not receiving a message from Climapulse? Below you will find the most common causes and possible solutions.
Queue
To ensure smooth sending, messages are placed in a queue and then sent in bulk every few minutes. Depending on the size of the queue, it may take a few minutes before your message is actually sent.
Spam filters
Spam is not only annoying in your inbox, but due to the stricter spam filters, desired e-mails are sometimes wrongly marked as spam. As a result, they end up in the ‘Junk messages’ or ‘Spam’ folder. We recommend that you check these folders regularly.
Also note: your interaction with e-mails can influence how your e-mail service assesses messages. If you have incoming messages deleted immediately, this can increase the sender’s spam score. Within Climapulse Service you can indicate which messages you want to receive and when; see your profile for this.
Whitelisting
If you use a strict spam filter, it is best to ensure that messages from the following domains are allowed:
- climapulse.app
- climapulse.com
- climapulseservice.com
- climapulseconnect.com
