Authorization codes and tokens – which one do you use when?

To gain access to the customer portal, a customer must identify themselves. This is done using an authorization code; with the help of this unique code, the customer can log in to the customer portal.

As a user of Climapulse Service, you can find the authorization code with the customer, or with access at the location level, with the location.

If access is limited to individual installations, the customer must also enter the token of that installation. The token can be found both in the overview of all installations in the third column and on the page of the installation itself under identification. You must send this token to the customer yourself to grant the customer access to the customer portal and the installation logbook.
