Account management

In Climapulse Service, if you have the necessary permissions, you’ll find Account Management in the top right corner. This includes:

  • Information about your subscription(s)
  • Your customer and billing information and preferences
  • Legal information such as the terms and conditions, terms of use, and data processing agreement
  • Managing access to account management

Subscriptions

Select Subscriptions to see an overview of all subscriptions within your organization. If you don’t see all subscriptions, they are split across different organizations within our system. First, check the access option to ensure that only the required people have access to account management. Then, contact us to have the organizations merged.

Customer Data

Customer data defines your identity as a Climapulse customer. By default, company information is used as billing information, but you can also explicitly specify this billing information.

In your billing preferences, you can specify any information that should appear on the final invoice, such as an internal purchase order number. You can also choose to receive invoices by mail or specify which email addresses should receive a PDF version. As an account administrator, you will always receive a copy of this by email to your email address.

Legal

This is the part everyone wants to avoid as much as possible. Here you will find the general terms and conditions and terms of use, as well as the GDPR processing agreement. You also have the option to appoint a data protection officer; Climapulse will contact them regarding important changes and events related to personal data protection.
Access
As an account administrator, you naturally have access to Account Management, but not every user with the Administrator role is necessarily an account administrator. As an account administrator, you can designate users within the same account as account administrators, just as you designate a user as Technician. However, if it’s a user in a different, related account, you can invite them. After accepting the invitation, they will have access to exactly the same information as you within their own account.
