Within Climapulse, all jobs are tracked sequentially in the Logbook. You can find the logbook in the menu (on the left of the screen).

Here you have the choice of filtering by tasks performed or to be performed. You can also choose to see only your assignments.

It can be useful to plan your jobs in advance from the Forecast. Before you save the assignment, you have the choice of changing its status. If you set the status to To be executed, you can later find the assignment in the logbook under the To be executed tab. This gives you an overview of planned interventions that still have to be carried out.

Tip: using Labels, you can provide useful indications in the list of assignments (e.g. invoiced, paid, follow-up required, etc.).

Your customer can also consult the logbook for his installations via the customer portal.
