Profile settings

In your profile, you can adjust and manage various settings, such as your username, password, and preferences.

In your profile, you can adjust and manage various settings, such as your username, password, and preferences.Click the pencil icon next to each heading to make the desired changes. To find these settings, click your name in the top right corner and then click "Your profile."

 

Personal

Here you can edit your profile name, which is displayed in the top right corner. You can also add your date of birth if desired.

Login Information

In this section, you can edit your username. This is the name you use to log in.

The username is case-sensitive. Please note that you must enter the exact same username when logging in.

You can also enable API access here. If this option is not available, please contact our support team to have it activated. The API can be used for integration with Teamleader or onFact. For other integration options, please contact us so we can sign an agreement first.

You can also choose to enable two-step verification here, which adds an extra layer of security to your account.

You can also set a new password in this section.

Preferences

Adjust various settings, such as the language of your Climapulse account, email traffic, and notifications. Your chosen language determines how your account is displayed.

You can also choose whether you want to receive daily, weekly, or no emails with a summary of your activities. This includes reminders, inbox notifications, and an overview of your installations, customers, and buildings, among other things.

You can indicate whether you want to receive each notification type. To do so, check or uncheck the relevant checkbox and then press "Save."

Certificates

Manage and view all your digital certificates, so you're always up-to-date on the status of your certifications and any expiration dates.

Signatures

Each technician can add a unique digital signature to their profile in Climapulse. This signature is automatically processed in certificates for heating systems and is exclusively for your use.

You have two options for adding your signature:

  • Draw by hand: Use your mouse or touchscreen to draw the signature directly on the screen and then save it.
  • Upload an image: If you already have a digital version of your signature, you can easily upload it.
