You can find the logbook in the menu (on the left of the screen).
Here you have the option to filter on carried outor to be carried outorders. You can also choose to only see yourjobs.
If you want to consult the overview of jobs for a specific customer, go to the relevant installation of that customer and then to the jobs tab.
It can be useful to schedule your assignments in advance from the Forecast. Before you save the assignment, you have the option to adjust the status. If you set the status to Still to be executed,, you can find the assignment later in the logbook under the tab To be executed. This will give you an overview of scheduled interventions that still need to be carried out.
Tip: using Labelsyou can provide useful indications in the list of tasks (for example, invoiced, paid, follow-up required,…)
Your customer can also consult the logbook for his installations via the customer portal.
