Changes to the contents of a cylinder or bottle are registered in two possible ways:
- Via actions
- Via transfers
WARNING!
Never change the contents of a bottle yourself! The contents of the bottle that you can change are the contents of the bottle at the time it came into your possession.
Actions
You can register the refilling of an installation as follows:
- Create a new order for the installation if necessary
- Press Add action
- Choose Add coolant
- Select the bottles you used and indicate how much coolant you used from each
- Fill in the other required information
- Press Save
Recovery or draining is similar. Select the action type Drain coolant.
Transfers
You register the transfer of coolant from one cylinder to another with the bottle from which the coolant is being pumped.
- Search for the bottle
- Select the option New transfer
- Register the coolant, the quantity and the date when you made this change
- Press Save
Transactions overview
Would you like to know what happened to the coolant in your bottle? Simple! Find the bottle and at the bottom you will find an overview of all the times the bottle was used to top up an installation, recover coolant or coolant transfer took place.
