Manage Cylinders

Your refrigerant accounting is automatically updated as refrigerant is added or recovered. All you need to do is register the bottles when they come into your possession and note the final balance when you return them, so that Climapulse Service can centralise the legal obligations regarding the registration of refrigerants.

Your refrigerant accounting is automatically updated as refrigerant is added or recovered. All you need to do is register the bottles when they come into your possession and note the final balance when you return them, so that Climapulse Service complies with the legal registration obligations for refrigerants.

The complete management of your refrigerants takes place under the menu item Refrigerants.

Add a cylinder

To add a new bottle to your refrigerant accounting, press New.

  • Fill in all required fields. But the more details the better.
  • Press Save to complete the registration.

If you made a mistake during registration, you can correct it by pressing the pencil. However, you are not supposed to change the contents of the bottle when you have added refrigerant; Climapulse Service will automatically settle this action. It is therefore still your responsibility to register everything correctly and honorably.

Copying a cylinder

If you have already added a similar bottle, there is an easier way to add a new bottle, namely copying an existing bottle and updating the data

  • Find the other bottle
  • Choose Copy under More options (…)
  • Enter the serial number of the new bottle and make any changes
  • Press Save to complete the registration of the new bottle.

Editing cylinders

You can always simply change an already entered coolant cylinder by clicking on the pencil after clicking on the coolant bottle.

  1. Select the bottle in question
  2. Click on the pencil icon or the three dots for more options and choose “Change”.
  3. Then adjust the desired data and press “Save”.
