If you have forgotten your password you can easily reset it.
- Surf to https://service.climapulse.com
- Click on the link Password forgotten? under de Sign-in button.
- Enter your username and e-mail address.
Make sure you enter the e-mail address that was linked to the username. Enter an unknown e-mail address will not work.
You will receive a message from Climapulse with a link, a few minutes after submitting the form.
Attention
The link is only valid for a limited time. You will then have to apply for a new reset.
Click on the link or copy the URL and stick it in your browser. You can then set a new password. Keep in mind that the password must meet the following requirements:
- It should not be a common password. For example "Password123".
- It should not have too many similarities with your name, username, e-mail address or "climapulse".
- It should not only consist of numbers.
- It must be at least 8 characters long and a maximum of 200 characters long.
Never forget your password again
Passwords are often forgotten, so that they are regularly reused on multiple websites and applications. This increases the risk that if your password falls into the wrong hands, all your accounts will become accessible.
